HCG Hot Chicken Tenders

INGREDIENTS:

1 Portion Chicken

1 Melba Toast crumbled for breading

2 Tbps Franks Hot Sauce

2 Tbps Water

INSTRUCTIONS:

Grill chicken. Add 1 Tpbs Frank’s Hot Sauce to top until done. Remove and cube. Put grilled chicken in sauce pan with 2 Tbps water. Add 1 Tbps Frank’s hot sauce to chicken. Throw on breading and fry till sticky. Remove and serve with cucumber dipped in the Frank’s Hot Sauce if desired.
